Come back for another ½ day workshop to discuss the impact and learn the next Leadership practice.

By building on the concepts with practical application, at the conclusion of this program, users will be able to:

  • Apply knowledge regarding participant's Predictive Index behavioral profile to their strengths and opportunities for growth as leaders.
  • Understand and describe The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®.
  • Identify participant’s leadership strengths and areas for growth, based on the LPI Self Assessment.
  • Understand the meaning and value of individual leadership.
  • Create an action plan for participant's development as a leader.
