Dr. Matwick founded one of the first online high school programs in Arizona, growing it from the concept stage through maturity, with more than 20,000 student enrollments per year. Critical to this success was the adoption and execution of a comprehensive strategic planning process, organizational development assessment, and various strategies using behavioral assessments and leadership development to improve performance.
Dr. Matwick earned a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Change Management, master’s degrees in educational leadership and Reading, and a bachelor’s degree in social studies education with an emphasis in sociology and anthropology.
He is a certified analyst for the Predictive Index Talent Optimization process and interpreter/analyst for the Hogan Assessment Leadership Forecast Series; and a trained facilitator of The Leadership Challenge, Leadership Practices Inventory.
